Arthur Lynch Timber Framing and Carpentry is a Somerset based carpentry business specialising in traditional green oak timber frames. Arthur has been hand-crafting sustainable oak frames and carpentry for over twenty years. He is a thoughtful craftsman with a perfectionist’s eye for detail and enjoys a good working relationship with individual clients, architects, surveyors and builders. He has worked on many ambitious projects, but no job is too small.

He offers a full project management service, including liaison with client from initial idea, through to design, engineering, hand-crafted carpentry, final installation, with a follow-up service.

Arthur also takes on indoor and outdoor carpentry commissions. Projects and designs are tailor-made for the client’s situation and budget. His workshop is in Muchelney in South Somerset, but he is happy to work further afield.
